The 20-year-old from Kingston left mouths agape last year, the result of his bona fide Caribbean hit collaboration with Amindi K Fro$t and producer Valleyz.
“It was, he shares with SO, “key to my growth and development throughout the year. This was the first song that really started to make waves and it allowed me to reach a wider audience. Soon after the release of Pine & Ginger, the record started garnering support in Jamaica and from underground music scenes across the world. This soon drew the attention of several major record labels which eventually led to the signing of deals with both Warner Brothers & Atlantic Records, another important milestone in the growth of my music... I want to lead by example and inspire change in a way that will create a long-lasting impact even when I'm no longer around.”
We look forward!
